Canada
Due to the ongoing Canada Post rotating strike, we currently cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide an alternative address when checking out.
United States
The cost of shipping to the United States now includes a portion of the new tariff. Because of the tariff we can no longer provide Exchanges or Returns. US orders are now Final Sale. To help mediate this, please join our Facebook group and proactively post any sizing questions there for suggestions from our community. And of course, be sure to reference our Size Guides.
Europe/UK
Due to the ongoing Canada Post rotating strike, we have unfortunately had to pause the shipment of European/UK orders as the cost to ship with alternative carriers is generally prohibitive. You are welcome to place your order knowing there will be a delay, or, if you would like to pay additional shipping for an alternative carrier, please contact us at hello@wildelore.com. We are hoping that things return to "normal" soon so we can ship your orders as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Local Pickup
Please note that this option is being phased out and we have very limited stock remaining at our home. If we do not have it in stock (local pickup) on our website it will ship from our warehouse.

Orders are processed by our small team within 2-5 business days. As we are a very small, family run business, we appreciate kindness and patience when inquiring about an order.

Cost of Shipping
We are a husband and wife run company and cannot cover 100% of the shipping costs. However, the rate you see has been subsidized by us. This includes the United States tariff + shipping rate.

Outside of North America, we currently offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland & Scotland. International orders (outside of North America) may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs processing fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
