Returns & Exchanges: While we would love to, we cannot offer free shipping on exchanges/returns. We know that this is a common service offered by many large online retailers, but we are a very small company and cannot afford to pay for the cost of return shipping.

International Shipping (outside Canada/US): Exchanges outside of Canada/US are usually not possible due to very high shipping rates. However, do reach out and we can see if it is a possiblity.
